Shinami is a project providing a comprehensive suite of tools (SDK) and infrastructure designed to empower developers in building decentralized applications (dApps) on the Sui and Aptos networks. Its mission is to expand the Sui and Aptos ecosystems and potentially drive broader adoption of the Move programming language (native to both Sui and Aptos) within the cryptocurrency market.

Currently, Shinami focuses on supporting Sui and Aptos developers, with plans to extend its toolkit to other Move-based networks like Movement. As of now, Shinami has not launched a token. This article will be updated as new information becomes available.
Shinami’s Product Suite
Shinami offers three primary tools for developers: Wallet Service, Gas Station, and Node Service.
Wallet Service: Simplifying Web3 Interaction
Shinami’s Wallet Service helps developers integrate a user-friendly Web3 wallet into their dApps. Unlike traditional Web3 wallets, Shinami’s wallet caters to users less familiar with DeFi activities.
Notably, it eliminates the need for users to download or manage seed phrases/passphrases. Instead, users can log in/register using email or passkeys.

Furthermore, the Wallet Service integrates the Gas Station feature, enabling dApps to cover gas fees on behalf of users. This seamless approach eliminates unexpected transaction approval requests from the Shinami wallet during Gas Station-enabled interactions.
Gas Station: Eliminating Gas Fee Barriers
The Gas Station feature allows dApps to sponsor gas fees for users, removing the need for users to pay gas fees with native tokens. Here’s how it works:
- Developers pay Shinami to integrate the Gas Station toolkit.
- Developers pre-fund their Gas Station with SUI or APTOS tokens (depending on the network) to cover user gas fees.
- Users interact with the dApp without paying gas fees. The developer’s pre-funded balance depletes with each user transaction.
This model mirrors other gasless solutions like Viction’s Zero Gas and Account Abstraction’s Paymaster.
Node Service: Reliable and Accessible Node Infrastructure
Node Service assists blockchain and dApp developers in operating nodes without demanding hardware requirements. Shinami’s nodes boast 24/7 uptime, backed by a team readily available for maintenance and troubleshooting.
According to the project team, Shinami collaborates with Mysten Labs and the Aptos Foundation to launch Full Node services on their respective networks for large organizations. For more budget-conscious needs, Shinami offers Shared Nodes (used by multiple clients) and Dedicated Nodes (serving a single application).
