Citigroup has announced the appointment of Chris Cox as the new head of its Investor Services division. Previously, Cox served as head of trade and working capital solutions at Citi. The bank’s services business encompasses five key areas: investor services, issuer services, payments, liquidity management services, and trade and working capital solutions.
Reporting to Shahmir Khaliq, Citi’s overall head of services, Cox is tasked with enhancing synergy between these five business lines. His mandate also includes spearheading the modernization of Citi’s platform and technology infrastructure within the Investor Services division.
