The company confirmed that Olaf Schick, currently serving as chief financial officer at automotive parts supplier Continental, will join the Mercedes-Benz management board effective October 1st, 2025. In addition to Schick, two internal appointments will further reshape the board. Mathias Geisen, currently Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans, and Oliver Thoene, currently head of Product Strategy and Steering, will also assume board positions in 2025.
